Popped in to check my emails today and when I went to their site I noticed the plain white background has already changed. When I logged in, I immediately tried on the themes and I fell in love with the Teahouse theme. It sort of reminded me of GoPets back when I was still active and so in love with the game. I’m thinking of trying different themes on each of my emails. That will make it easier to distinguish which email ad I’m currently logged in at.

Hmmm, I just remembered. I need to get my papers and documents fixed and processed. Mom and Dad are fixing theirs already so they can visit my aunt there in Alaska and hopefully I do get to visit too after I finish my studies here. Seems pathetic but I really do want to see real snow. >.< Also I want to experience something new. Maybe even visit other states if possible too. I remember before when I was talking to Marianne before we lost contact on how fun it would be to travel around there and find some odd jobs like jobs in Las Vegas just for fun and experience. Nothing serious and long-term. Just something to pass time with, then when we get tired and need something new, we can just up and leave following the road wherever it leads us. I think I’m a cross between a gypsy and a rock. I want stability and rules, but I need change when life begins to be so monotonous. Maybe that’s why I can’t sit still in one place. I pretend to myself I prefer stability, but in reality I prefer inconsistency. Doing the same thing over and over again bore me and this is actually the first time I admitted it to myself. Haha.

One of Snow’s litter died today. I think its because they keep biting that pup. We didn’t name him yet because they were all going to be given away but he didn’t make it long enough to be given away. I’ve been feeling some pain on my my left foot’s vein since last week and Mom said it might be my weight that’s making it hurt. I know I need to lose weight at least enough to make it less strenuous for my feet so that the vein wont hurt. I think I do need to start thinking about managing my weight seriously this time. I’ve been getting so many information on weight management stuff online like Lipovox although I do have other pills from my Mom’s friend. Another doctor advised me to try some other thing, so I’m still trying to decide which would be better for me.

Headaches…Don’t want to go to work.

My head is aching so much. Ugh. This is just too annoying. I don’t think I can last till December at work. I need to rest before I go back to school (which I hope I do this January) so I will most likely have to resign before November ends. I just got back to work two weeks ago and my head hurts really bad already. I was even absent yesterday because of it. Sheesh, my medications make me feel so sleepy and I just doze off a few minutes after taking it. If I pop one now, then I can’t go to work. This job is just not good for me. Sheesh. I feel so guilty for absenting (is that word correct?) even if I don’t feel so good that it makes me wonder if I value the job more (and what the people I work for will say) than I value myself.

If I value them more, I seriously need to change my priorities. This just makes me feel more depressed than being overweight. Gah, I need a life. I need one away from TT, pronto.

Puffy eyes, throbbing headache and painful hips…

I think I’m starting to feel the stress of my work. Haha. My eyes feel like they were poked with burning sticks and they feel like drooping all the time. I get bad headaches again and my hip joints hurt so much when I sit or walk. To top it off, I think all this sitting down and then binge eating when I have the time to keep my eyes open is making me gain weight. >.< I don't even have time to actually go to the gym.
Its been so annoying that I receive information about fat burners and other weight related issues on my email. Haha. I feel pathetic at the moment. I need to lose weight soon, or else holiday food will add more to my increasing problems. Lmao.

Shift change sucks…

Let’s just say I’m bummed. Shift change happened last Sunday so my day-offs has been moved to Friday-Saturday. Ugh. I wouldn’t be as annoyed if I wasn’t hoping to join the Nuffnang movie premiere for Burn After Reading tonight. I soooo hate the change they did to my schedule. Crap. I just checked my email and I did get two tickets fro the premiere so now I feel even worse because I can’t attend it.

So near, yet so far. I can just cry. Seriously.

Crap. We really need to take a breather from work. We need to go rest, and unwind. If only our meager salary can cover a month of leisure, I would definitely get a package for Mediterranean cruises. Remember you even wanted to go to Brazil to meet your destiny. Lol. We need to get as far away from work and the issues were having on our lives. I know you don’t like talking about cheesy stuff but I miss you. We do work together now but the crappy shift gap we have makes it impossible to talk now. -sigh- I guess TT was never really meant for us, eh? Just like we said, its a good experience and were not going to be there forever. Life is calling us to different paths and even if it seems a little shakey because of uncertainty, we can get pass everything. We always do. -huggles-

P.S. Uhm, the cake was gone in 30 minutes flat, so I can’t bring you a slice. Next time?

Spying Over Burn After Reading

Woot! I was just reading my emails when I caught Nuffnang’s email about their movie premier of Burn After Reading on November 18, 2008, Tuesday 7:30pm at Robinsons Movie World, Robinsons Galleria! Its so good to see that Nuffnang has really started being active in the Philippines, since I’ve been seeing their events before for their Malaysian and Singaporean bloggers and how much fun they are having on these events. That’s why when I learned that Nuffnang Philippines was born, I immediately signed up for their program.

If asked why I want to watch the movie, my main answer would be “I need a break from work! *cough* That I’m starting to feel like an old hag …*cough*” and this would definitely be a good time to watch something with my friend and meet my fellow Nuffnangers too.

If not for Nuffnang’s email, I wouldn’t have heard about the movie really (which shows how much a recluse I’ve been since working for TT. Bugger.) I don’t have much life out of work since I seem to be living at work then just end up sleeping at home. I need to get out and have some fun for a change. Haha.

Oh well, if I get picked to get some of the movie tickets, yay! If not, I will just pout and sit in envy on my rest day back at home. Maybe watch some Ocean’s Thirteen or something while drooling on how cute Brad Pitt and George Clooney is.

Umobile called me…

Okay, so I was on the phone with my best friend when I received a call from a Umobile representative earlier and he mentioned something about it being acquired by Smart Telecommunications so a new sim card will be coming out and that I will be receiving one for being one of the first thousand members I suppose. Lol. Good thing, I can use the extra load this coming holidays.

Mom was also thinking about getting new chairs for the living room which we use as our tv area when everyone is at home and I suggested that maybe we can try to get something new like these home theater seating. We don’t have a large tv but I’m thinking we can get maybe one in a few months time so we can try to save up as well for good comfortable chairs when we watch movies together. I’m still trying to convince her because getting a customized set these days are a bit expensive even if we buy it from our local manufacturers.

Christmas Tree….sigh.

Everytime I go to work I see that huge Christmas tree near the pantry. I have been drooling over it because Mom has always wanted a large Christmas tree. I wanted to get ther one but the cheapest I found for the large tree I saw in SM and Robinsons is P4,000. >.< My sister wasn’t able to save up to help me get the tree so till now I still haven’t gotten Mom one. When I went with Mom to pay some bills last night at SM, she saw one of the large Christmas trees and I know she really wants it. I just hope Angel can help me by half when she gets her pay on the 30th. Then we can surprise Mom with it. The ornaments I can think about later, the tree is the priority. -sigh-
