Re-thinking online schools.

August 12th, 2010

Everyone is having a hard time holding onto jobs these days. Even people with high educational attainments can get laid off and another individual who has something more to offer taken in for their position. I’ve always been attracted by online schools because I find it easier to fit into busy schedules than actual classes in local universities and colleges. I’ve already finished my bachelors degree in Business but it wouldn’t hurt to have another degree up my sleeve especially with the intense competition for decent and well-paying jobs in the market. An additional degree in IT and Advertising might be helpful for me since my interest lies in those fields, plus I can combine them with the knowledge I acquired with my past course. I don’t mind looking around for the Top Online Schools available because in my opinion, I can use all the knowledge I can get to survive in the workplace.

Choices.

March 17th, 2010

I don’t have anything against rapid detox. For me is a person wants to try it as a means to jumpstart their path to going clean, I don’t mind. Each person has the right to choose for themselves and I think choosing to start going clean is a good choice. Everyone has their own way of dealing with changes with their life and doing a detox is just like any changes one encounters in their life. If they choose to opt for the rapid one, as long as it helps them and they get to their goal of going clean, I respect their decision. Some people would choose the slow option, some want the fast one. In both cases, they just want to improve and leave their old lives behind.

Spam me much?

November 8th, 2009

I graduated last October (though my transcript says it was September because the term ended then) so I am starting to look for a job or a career. I added my resume to online job sites like Jobstreet and JobsDB and have been receiving emails and text notifications from them. Although this past week I’ve been getting too much text spam from Jobstreet. I think they’re using a mass notification system to inform every applicant in their database about their 4 call center in a day program. I need to unsign from it because I really am not looking for a job in the call center industry at the moment.

Torn between two phones.

July 3rd, 2009

I need a new mobile phone. My old phone is starting to deteriorate in terms of performance. I can’t blame it. I’ve had it for more than 5 years now. Lol. I’m trying to save up for a new phone (I’m saving uo for lots of things these days…) and I’m a bit torn choosing which to save up for. I’m in love with the business phones of Nokia since I’d be using my phone more for organizing my schedules/deadlines and accessing the internet to check my emails, blogs, arts and other things.

I’m liking the IPhone as well though. I was even looking at some iphone accessories earlier. Though its hefty price tag is really putting me off. I really wished electronic gadgets were cheaper here in our country. I can even get a new desktop to bring when I move to Manila. :(

Nuphedra?

June 10th, 2009

I was going over some review sites and forums and I saw something about Nuphedra. I think this is the first time I saw it. I wonder if there’s anyone I know who has already tried it. I can’t help look and read reviews about weight loss stuff. It can get addicting sometimes comparing what each site says about a certain product. That’s why I wanted to try Hydroxycut before. I know there were a bit of bad things said about ephedra which is one of its main ingredients but you can see and hear people swear by it. xD I’m not easily swayed by what I see on the internet, rather I try to find more information by searching for good and bad keywords for these products and see what people has to say. I like hearing both the pros and cons and then deciding for myself. :) So in case you wanted to read some of those nuphedra reviews, you can try visiting their site and then find more information about them.

I always like having many products to choose from. I can find which one would suit me best that way. :)
