Mom has been quite active in finding clients for the pipes. She’s really enjoying being a product consultant for them. If we get a store in the future, she’ll do well being the salesperson. I think even selling Mopar performance parts would be easy for her. I, on the other hand, prefer being in the background. I like doing everything behind-the-scenes. I can do what needs to be done, I just don’t like being pushed into the spotlight. xD

I really don’t like it when other people use my computer. My siblings use it so I end up seeing the things they research about from time to time. It doesn’t help that my sister is taking up nursing. A few weeks ago I woke my computer from sleep and was surprised to see the browser opened to www.reliefhemorrhoid.com. Whenever she does her research for her classes, she leaves the browser open. That is why I have learned not to bring food on the computer. I don’t want to lose my appetite.

Valentine’s is not a special day for me simply because I have always been single so the Valentine commercialism never really applied or worked for me. When we do go out on Valentine’s day, we go out with Mom to get some girl bonding and do some shopping. I have to remember that I need to get some cocoa butter lotion or cream since people say it helps with stretchmarks. Yes I do have them because I have always been overweight since I was young. Back then elders used to say use sebo de macho. Lol. Found this cocoa butter stretch marks site earlier, I’ll try and see if I can find some useful information that would work out for me.

I enjoy shopping for tiles. Its relaxing especially when you see all those beautiful patterns and colors. My mom and I usually do it when we have some free time. We visit local tile shops and check out what they have and when something interests us, we try and save up to get the quantity we need for our project. We don’t have much local tile stores that have online shops already so we can’t buy them that way. Even if we did, we’d still visit the shops to check out the textures first to be sure they fit our needs.

Mom and Dad is getting into the construction business. They’re getting contracts from local businesses and institutions and getting the supplies from my Uncle’s company. I hope this works out, so that they can have a good source of income apart from Dad’s salary. It would be a welcome increase in our family income especially since Angel will be going back to school this coming May. Maybe we could even get some stainless steel tiles for our kitchen renovation. We need to change the old ones already because of the visible cracks.

Maybe this project will enable us to get our own house and lot. 2010 is just beginning and I have a feeling that it will be a wonderful year ahead for all of us.
