I was thinking of trying yoga earlier this year. Unfortunately, I started working and spent a lot of time on my 1-2 hour commutes (depending on traffic congestion) so I never really pushed through with it. Before the Christmas season started I found several shops that offered discounts and sales for yoga mats and I admit I’m tempted to try it again this coming new year. I really need to lose a lot of weight because I am starting to feel the strain on my spinal cord and on the soles of my feet.
There’s no yoga studio where I live right now and the nearest one can be found after an hour or two of commuting by bus. If things work out on the new company I applied to, I might be able to at least sneak in a yoga session or two on the weekends.
