I went to my medical exam earlier today and I found out that I lost a little weight.
All that walking in Makati & Buendia got me to lose 6 lbs. It’s not a lot but I am definitely happy about it.
I’ll try to walk as much as possible so I can lose more weight. I’m also planning on dropping rice from my diet, I know it’ll be hard but I think I can do it if I really put my mind in it.
