There are things that work for one and not for everyone, especially me. I can say that diets for quick weight loss work for others and not for me. I just gain it back after a few weeks so I’m stopping my quest for quick fixes. I definitely need to find a diet i can stick to for a long time and I also need to start exercising. I want to try biking but i don’t know how to bike unless I have a sidecar attached. I have to conquer my fear of falling so I can try it. I really want to bike and maybe I can buy myself one next month.
