Goodbye pork, again.

I need weight loss supplements. Just kidding. :P Well I do need to lose weight unfortunately I gain more weight when I try to lose it. Lol. However I might try that diet my younger sister is currently trying. She said it is working for her. So I would need to avoid any carbonated drinks for awhile plus limit my rice. I can go without the carbonated drinks, its the rice I’m having difficulty with. I can eat two servings of rice even if my “ulam” is just a piece of tuyo. >.<

I also have to stop accidentally eating pork. >.< My headaches are coming back again so even if the only thing we have at home is pork, I’d choose not to eat them instead. I have to remind Mom to keep fish on her market list so I would have it during dinner and lunch. That will help the pork temptation at bay.
