The new year is approaching fast and this time I am very excited for it. This year marks a year of new beginnings for me because the new year signals the start of my journey to finally getting that diploma. I only have a few more steps to fill before I reach the end of this long journey that I have been waiting for so long. I know it in my heart that this will finally end this coming year. That I can finally embark on a new one that I have been dreaming for so long will finally come into realization.

I am enjoying the remaining days of 2008 because it has taught me a lot and it has made a great mark in my life. This year made me find people that have become so close to my heart like a family away from home. These people who I normally would not meet if I did not get a chance to work in Teletech. I found my wave, my family and a piece of my life there. Wherever life brings me, in my heart I will always be a 3.2 and no one can take that away from me. 2009 may be a year that would bring everyone in our family different paths and goals but no matter what, we’ll find a way to come together and celebrate life.

When I leave to go places, I don’t carry much luggage with me, I prefer to bring a few important things. That’s how I will live the coming year. I’ll be bringing the best memories I’ve had and take the most valuable lessons I learned from my experiences. I won’t carry the pain and sadness I felt, I would take the happiness and love I found and find my way with that. 2008 will always be cherished because it is where I found a missing piece of my heart.
