Visualizing my future houseplan.
I was listening to something earlier and one of the examples they gave was to practice visualizing what I wanted. So since I had a bit of free time I decided to visualize what my home will be inside and out. I haven’t decided on the overall detail of the house yet so I thought why not focus on the rooms first. I decided to try detailing first my future home theater lounge. We don’t have one at home so I figured it was a great area to start with. I don;t have much idea with regards to what things I can get for it so I decided to do some surfing and I found this wonderful site that has lots of home theater furniture. This one caught my attention:
This would look and feel so good while watching a good movie with our family. I would need to get two sets because we are 7 in the family. I really want to get a big house because I want my parents and my siblings to stay with me as long as they want. Even if I have my own family already. I can just get another set when I have my own children. I’m not used to living far from them because even if we have our differences, I miss them so much when we are far from each other. Since I’ve finished thinking of the chair, I needed to decide what my TV would be. I was thinking if I was going to get the largest plasma set I can find but I decided that it would be easier if I include a projector with it. So if only a few of use would be watching, we can use the plasma, and if we are all going to be watching the movie, we’ll use the projector.

I’m sure my younger siblings would be very happy having this one installed in our theater room. Non-stop popcorn while watching our favorite movies. Haha, makes me think of getting my own cotton candy maker and vendo machine too. 
Plus I need to get some framed movie posters like these:
I’d have to find some Audrey Hepburn movie posters plus a couple of cartoon ones for my younger siblings and a few old classics for Dad. I would also have to look for posters for Tagalog movies for my Mom. Haha. I still have to think if I will get some of those posts and ropes to make it feel really authentic. Though I don’t want to overdo it. Hehe.

I need to bake…or I will go crazy.
My hands are itching to bake. Since I started working, I only had a chance to bake twice and I made the same thing. My chocolate cake. Right now I feel like baking. I’m in the mood for it. The thing is I don’t have much ingredients to experiment with in the kitchen. My supplies have dwindled and I need to go get some but I can’t leave my two younger siblings since everyone left and I was assigned to look after them. I seriously miss the feel of dough on my palms. I love kneading them and making them into something. Its both relaxing and fun. I want to make another cake too. I’m thinking another chocolate cake but adding my leftover maraschino cherries and syrup as a variation because I am a bit tired of making just chocolate cake. I also want to make a chiffon cake and maybe make a bit of custard to sandwich in between so my siblings will have “baon” as well. Its been quite long as well since I last made pizza. I don’t have mozzarella. I’m desperate. *cries*
I seriously need to keep 3k on my next payday so I can go splurge on my ingredients. I’m going to buy 10 kilos of flour and sugar immediately, a few bottles of vegetable oil and olive oil, a chunk of mozzarella, two 5 pound bags of powdered sugar, 5 bars of unsalted butter (I need more but its expensive already), a few cans and cartons of milk (evaporated, pasteurized and condensed), some whipping cream, a new batch of yeast, a couple of berry preserves (yes fresh ones aren’t readily available so I have to make use of canned strawberries, blueberries and other rare fruits I can find), baking cups, vanilla, baking soda and at least another 10 inch round cake pan.
I haven’t included yet a Kitchenaid to my priority list (although I want to…badly) since its quite heavy on the pocket. Heh, who knows I might win one somewhere or someone might feel like giving me one. Haha. Seriously if I get gifted with one, I’d love that someone forever. I’m known to give out cakes and other baked stuff randomly so they might receive one every now and then from me. I hope Kitchenaid hears my plea. Lol. Hmmmm, now that made me think which I want to get first. A larger oven (since I’m only using a small one so I can’t make large batches) or the Kitchenaid. I just know I want both. Anyone want to sponsor? Haha.

No refunds. Boo.
I’ve just received a reply from the OUR where they stated that my Mom can claim the documents immediately after paying the balance (if I wanted that) but there will be no refunds for the delivery charge. They also said I can just opt for it to be delivered (which for me is quite dumb because it would be faster if my Mom claimed it since she’s there already…).
I’d have to convince my younger sister who works in Makati to go with Mom when she pays for the balance. My Mom can’t go to Manila (or any far place) without a chaperon because she has vertigo. She needs to go to Greenhills after going to DLSU so she really needs someone to be with her. I hope I convince Angel.

Got a reply from OUR. Bummer.
According to the OUR’s reply to my email, It seems that I have a balance still at the Accounting office so they can’t release the documents I had requested and paid for until that balance has been settled. >.< Good thing I was able to talk with TT's HR and they agreed to take a copy of my 2007 copy of my transcript for the meantime. I can just submit the new copy after I get it from the OUR. Now the thing is I can't go to Manila because I am exhausted with my shift here. I'm quite scared of going to Manila then missing my shift here in Lipa because we are only allowed one absence while in training. I've been saving that one in case of really bad emergencies so I'm not sure what I'll do yet. I thought of sending Mom to pay for it and hopefully claim the documents in the OUR since it would just be weird if she'll go there and pay the balance, then just go home empty handed. By now the OUR must have processed the document and is just holding it until my balance gets settled.
The only thing that bothers me is that I wouldn't have known that I had a balance or that my documents were being withheld if I hadn't emailed the OUR. I had already paid them the fees for both the processing and delivery so I was thinking they should have emailed me a notice to inform me that they will be holding the release of my documents. If I hadn't emailed them, I would be left in the dark as to why my documents haven't arrived yet and as to where my money had gone to. Grrr.
I'll have to pay a hefty sum so I can't buy something for my next salary. I was interested in some home furniture especially for my bedroom. It needs to be changed since I want it to be really comfy so that I can just sleep peacefully when I get home from work. I currently have a double-deck here since it was bought to save space when I was sharing the room with my sister. Since she’s been staying in Manila, its just me so I don’t need the upper bunk space anymore. I might ask a local welder to cut the deck in half if I don’t get a buyer for it. Hehe.

Transcript woes.
I am a bit annoyed and worried. I’ve used DLSU’s Online Payment Facility a week ago to get an official copy of my transcript of records for employment purposes. I need that really bad because its one of the requirements in TT. Now its been more than a week and I haven’t heard from them yet. No courier has delivered anything. I’ve paid using my credit card for both the transcript processing and its delivery here in Batangas. 
I seriously don’t want to get a note or even get terminated because of not submitting my transcript. I emailed the OUR (Office of the University Registrar) last night when I got home. I haven’t received a reply from them yet. Ugh. I’ve paid for it already darn it. I’ll have to go make a letter to TT’s HR to inform them of my situation and hopefully they accept my request to submit it this September. I might have to manually process my transcript which is a pain in the butt especially since I have to go to Manila early so I wouldn’t miss my shift, plus I would have to incur more expenses because I would have to pay for my transportation to DLSU, food I need to eat, payment for the processing, then another 2-5 days wait before I can claim the transcript there again. Grrrrrr. These kinds of situations make me want to get a vacation for myself. Since I can’t do that at the moment, I would have to console myself by looking at sites like Outer Banks rentals then dream and visualize my future vacations.
