So I posted the other day about my newly loaded P300 Globe credits mysteriously disappearing from my account. I’ve been waiting for an email from them since they said 48 hours, but I didn’t get any. I just got a call from Globe’s Customer Support about five minutes ago, they said I’d get my load back today. I just received the P300 credits back right now from them.

So if ever your credits mysteriously disappear, contact them and ask to get your credits back and get answers on why they disappeared if you know you didn’t use them up. I know I didn’t.

Thanks to marikenya for giving me Globe’s support email address since she had another similar experience with them. :) Thanks well to coffeejunkie, pao, taroogs and bluepanjeet for their messages of support and advice.^^ Now I can breathe, my P300 is back.

    good to know they gave it back, Nika. Maybe you should post that support email address on your blog so that other people who experience the same can also inform globe about their own problem, instead of just letting it pass.

    good for you. congrats! i wish i could load my P300 prepaid celcard. it’s been almost 2 weeks. i just ask help from a customer service personnel at SM Molino yesterday. all she could say is “try reloading it until it gets thru”. ganun? ok.
