Babies and Potty
December 7th, 2007
I remember a few years back when my sisters were still little toddlers running around the house, my grandmother would be running around after us. That time, diapers weren’t that ordinary and prices were extremely high. We used to wash their soiled cloth diapers every day which was quite annoying.
Maybe that was how my granmother felt when I was still a toddler. Haha. Having babies isn’t that easy especially at that time when not many products for comfort like diapers, have been widely distributed. I’ve heard from our relatives in the U.S. about potty training, and how they were able to get their kids trained. They said potty training girls was easy as long as you knew how.
Since it wasn’t that well-known in our country back then, I think my grandmother didn’t really put much thought on it. Now that my friends are staring to have their own babies, maybe I should recommend them some reading resources on how to get their kids potty trained. It could help them especially since most of them are working moms too.
