Its starting all over again.

My headaches are back. 
The other day I had to pop two pills to make it go away for a bit. I don’t know what to do again, I wasn’t able to go to class today because my head was hurting like hell and the pills I take to ease the pain make me really sleepy and weak. I slept the whole day and just woke up at 3pm. I just ate after that and went back to bed. My medications aren’t as potent as they were when I first started taking them. Sometimes it makes me think if they’re still working. I just wish I can bash my head on the wall and make the pain go away forever.
I missed a school day again. This isn’t good at all…

Nika, is it migraine you are suffering from?
My assistant has migraine and her doctor has asked her not to eat certain foods which triggers migraine. I will get the list from her and give it to you.
Also she has been given a prescription to take as soon as she feels the onset of the migraine which is not often now if she refrains from certain food.

@Jean: slightly ok. been taking lots of meds to keep it at bay.
@Judy: Hey. Its more of a cluster headache. At least that’s what my neuro tells me. Its a combination of migraine, tension and vascular headaches. Plus my eye hurts like hell and starts to tick when it gets really bad. I’ve been changing meds each time I visit the doctor since it doesn’t work anymore at times. Light, stress and a polluted environment especially the air, gets it worse.
