Since I’m working on finding out how to follow and fulfill my dreams, I have decided to start it off with weight loss. (Alright, I was watching the Biggest Loser earlier too. Lol.) I’m alright with how large I am, but I know its not good for my health and I’ve started to feel the side effects of it. So I am promising myself that I will start my diet and exercise and work on getting to my goal weight. I haven’t weighed in yet, since I don’t have a scale at home. Last I checked, which was May of this year, I was at 207 pounds, and my waist line was at 38. I’m not sure if I had gotten bigger or if my weight has stayed the same. So I will do a weigh in and have my waist measured.
I want to lose at least 50 pounds. I think that would help me feel less stressed and tired. I will start by waking up early, like around 5am here and start with some exercise. I have to look for a good exercise video I can follow. I think I have to lessen my rice intake too. I don’t think there’s a gym here yet, but I’ll start looking for one.
I don’t know my exact plans still but I’ll keep them posted and hopefully my progress too.
